Technische Hoogeschool te Bandoeng biasa disingkat menjadi TH te Bandoeng, TH Bandung, THB, atau THS, adalah perguruan tinggi teknik pertama sekaligus lembaga pendidikan tinggi pertama di Hindia Belanda yang dibuka sejak 3 Juli 1920 berkedudukan di Kota Bandung, atas prakarsa badan swasta Koninklijk Instituut voor Hooger Technisch.

In Bandoeng is een Technische Hoogeschool. Ik zie elk jaar een soort van almanak, uitgegeven door het Bandoengsche Studentencorps. Het is armzalig en meelijwekkend, wat je daarin lezen kunt. Z.g. schetsjes en versjes van een stumperigheid, die niet te beschrijven is. En, naar Indische gewoonte, missen ze elke zelfkritiek.
